14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Essentials Plan)
We want you to feel confident in your purchase of the Smart Marketing System Essentials Plan. That’s why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions below.
Refund Window:
- If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel after 48 hours but within 14 days, you will receive a refund minus a $127 setup fee. This fee covers some of the initial account setup and configuration work that begins shortly after purchase.
- After 14 days from your purchase date, no refunds will be issued.
Recurring Billing:
Your subscription renews monthly at $127/month. Cancellations stop future charges but do not retroactively refund past payments unless within the 14-day refund window stated above.
How to Request a Refund:
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our Essentials Plan. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with the platform or your experience within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.

Custom Setup Fees & Strategy Services
All custom setup fees, consulting, onboarding strategy calls, and add-on services are non-refundable. This includes any one-time setup costs for tailored CRM configurations, funnel builds, automation development, or other custom work performed as part of your account onboarding.
Due to the time, resources, and expertise invested in delivering these custom solutions, we cannot offer refunds once the setup or service has been initiated.
Subscription Renewals
Your Essentials Plan is billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be billed for the following month. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.
If you intend to cancel, please do so before your next billing date to avoid automatic renewal. You can manage your subscription inside your account or contact our support team for assistance.
Technical Issues
If you experience any technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the system, please contact us immediately. We’re happy to assist and resolve the issue. If we’re unable to provide a fix or workaround within a reasonable timeframe and the issue prevents core platform usage, we will evaluate refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
